- Maintaining a professional and courteous approach when dealing with client representatives and members of the public.
- Resolving site‑based issues quickly to maintain programme delivery and quality standards.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have demonstrable experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor and strong all‑round knowledge of reinstatement works, including both white top and black top materials such as concrete, modular surfacing, and bituminous products.

- A valid Streetworks (NRSWA) qualification is essential, alongside demonstrable experience delivering reinstatement works to specification.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is required, including 7.5 tonne and towing capability or HGV entitlement, as the role involves regular travel across the operational area.
- The successful candidate will hold essential certifications including Street Works accreditation, Cat & Genny, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, and Water Hygiene, together with a full driving licence with towing capability.
- Desirable additional training includes Manual Handling, Deep Excavation or Safe Excavation, Asbestos Awareness, and Face Fit certification, although these are not mandatory.
