Job Title: Senior Interior Architect
Info: You are paid for 5 days per week, but only need to work 4.5 days (finish at 1pm every Friday)

People2people are recruiting for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a dynamic design studio, specialising in high-end hospitality projects across the globe. This is a pivotal role for a creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Architect with a passion for designing exceptional hospitality interiors and bringing concepts to life through precise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of hospitality projects from concept through to completion
  • Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised
  • Manage and mentor junior designers and architects
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and design presentations
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards
  • Contribute to the development of internal design processes and studio standards

Requirements

  • Solid experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of Hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential (must be shown in your portfolio)
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction methods
  • Excellent spatial planning and conceptual design skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident in client-facing roles and team leadership
  • Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
