I am assisting a global law firm with offices across the UK that is looking to grow its award‑winning National Real Estate Public Sector team. Because of significant growth they are hiring an Associate and a Senior Associate. Flexible on location, with offices in most major UK cities. With excellent support, mentoring, high‑quality work and extensive client contact this is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 team.

About You

• Broad range of real estate experience with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at Associate level and 5 years’ PQE at Senior Associate level.
• Public Sector experience is useful, as is prior exposure to corporate support work.
• Comfortable developing client relationships and offering proactive advice across a range of matters.

The team works on behalf of public bodies, quasi‑public bodies, institutions, and private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them. They offer a full range of legal services including grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real‑estate support and development, planning, commercial and construction advice.
