I am assisting this global law firm, with offices across the UK, who are looking to grow their award-winning national Real Estate Public Sector team. Due to significant growth, they are looking to add an Associate and Senior Associate to the practice and are flexible on location with offices in most major cities in the UK.
With excellent support and mentoring, high-quality work, and lots of client contact, this is an excellent opportunity to join this Tier 1 team.
About you:
- You will have a broad range of real estate experience with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at Associate level and 5 years’ at Senior Associate level.
- Public Sector experience would be useful as would prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work.
- Comfortable developing client relationships and being able to offer proactive advice across a range of matters.
The team works both on behalf of public bodies, quasi-public bodies, and institutions, as well as with private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them. They offer their clients a full range of legal services such as grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real estate support and development, planning, commercial, and construction advice.
