Due to rapid expansion, this company is seeking a Marketing Manager to assist with their marketing strategy and elevate their brand presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about art and design, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic campaigns and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver strategic marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok), newsletters, blogs, and press/brand partnerships. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and tone.
- Optimise the website for user experience and conversion rates, and maintain up-to-date content. Support SEO efforts through content optimisation, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Manage the marketing dashboard, input data for reporting, and ensure a smooth data flow across the business to track and analyse campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales events and projects by managing budgets, coordinating resources, and tracking success metrics.
- The daily management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Design and implement targeted email campaigns, monitor key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates), and segment audiences to enhance engagement and subscriber growth.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute the Press & Partnership Strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand positioning across all channels.
- Maintain an organised library of marketing assets, ensuring easy access for internal and external use.
- Partner with the photography team to create briefs, manage photo assets, and ensure visual content supports marketing objectives.
- Develop creative assets, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media, newsletters, invitations, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury, art, or design industries.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
