About the Company
I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a highly respected and award-winning creative business. This business creates beautiful artwork and furniture with operations around the world.
Please note: Our client does not have the capacity to sponsor visas at this time.
About the role
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end financial functions for the US and UK operations. You will also handle FP&A, balance sheet reconciliations, and suggest process improvements related to internal controls and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the financial functions for UK and US operations.
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Maintain sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, and credit control procedures.
- Submit financial reports to internal accountants in the UK and US.
- Handle monthly payroll, VAT, and HMRC matters.
- Produce quarterly management reports with commentary.
- Manage company cash flow and budgeting.
Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified (ACCA) with at least 3 years of UK-based finance experience.
- Experience in FP&A.
- Experience in creative industries, furniture retail, or product/service sectors is advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
