The Role:
As the Contracts Manager, you will report to the Group Contracts Director and play a vital role in our growing in-house legal team. You will oversee the Group Contracts Department, draft and negotiate publishing contracts, provide legal guidance to publishing teams, and ensure all contracts meet industry standards and company objectives.
Additional responsibilities:
- Advise print, broadcast/ publishing team on legal issues and resolve contract concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee contract execution and compliance.
- Maintain contract documentation systems.

- Strong knowledge of contract laws and publishing industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
