The opportunity Our client is an established and growing painting and decorating business delivering high-quality finishes across prestigious residential properties and commercial spaces.
We are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor who can lead from the front.
This is a hands-on position combining professional painting and decorating with responsibility for supervising projects, supporting the site team and maintaining excellent client relationships.
You will work alongside a small team of decorators while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
The role requires a calm, professional approach, particularly when working in occupied homes and other client-facing environments.
