About the Company Our client is a well-established design and build company specialising in high-quality residential renovations, extensions, refurbishments and new build projects across London.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects while assisting with the day-to-day running of the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in an architectural practice or design and build environment who is looking to develop a long-term career in project management.

The Role Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities include: Supporting the coordination of residential construction and architectural projects Managing project schedules and tracking progress using Smartsheet Ordering materials, samples and supplies Liaising with architects, contractors, suppliers and clients Maintaining project documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date Coordinating meetings, site visits and project timelines Assisting with purchase orders, quotations and invoices Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team Helping ensure projects are deliver...
