We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employees are paid correctly each pay period.
  • Apply statutory payments and tax deductions in line with current legislation and payroll regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems, validating payroll files and ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Manage third-party payroll administration, including pensions, insurance providers, and absence/leave arrangements.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant payroll, tax, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders on payroll, billing, and wage-related queries.
  • Prepare, review, and submit required payroll reports to relevant authorities.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including the preparation of tax documents and statutory returns.
  • Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as required.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
  • Experience in processing payroll for EMEA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Certification in Payroll Administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software/systems.
  • Fluency in an additional language.
