Request payments for independent contractors accurately and on time.Manage salary updates in Microsoft D365.Validate independent contractor invoices, including hours and rates.Handle payroll-related invoice reconciliation issues such as tax, insurance, leave, and pension.Provide excellent support to internal and external customers on payroll, billing, and wage matters.Learn and use VMS and MSP systems to ensure accurate invoicing.Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing laws and client contract terms.Audit and reconcile reverse People 2.0 invoices with VMS and support month-end closing and other finance/admin tasks as needed.What experience are we looking for?
