We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team.

What Will You Be Doing as a Payroll Specialist?

  • Request payments for independent contractors accurately and on time.
  • Manage salary updates in Microsoft D365.
  • Validate independent contractor invoices, including hours and rates.
  • Handle payroll-related invoice reconciliation issues such as tax, insurance, leave, and pension.
  • Provide excellent support to internal and external customers on payroll, billing, and wage matters.
  • Learn and use VMS and MSP systems to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing laws and client contract terms.
  • Audit and reconcile reverse People 2.0 invoices with VMS and support month-end closing and other finance/admin tasks as needed.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll/HR, billing administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Certification in Payroll Administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software/systems.
