Tell me more about the Area Manager role...

The Area Manager has overall responsibility for the region and delivering results in 4 key areas which includes building great teams, creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and managing profit.

The cornerstone of the role is to spend the majority of your time conducting structured and tailored store visits in which you manage, support and direct your teams.

You will be responsible for the line management of around 8-12 stores and you will be responsible for developing the Store Managers leadership to deliver great results.
