Working closely with project teams, you'll help keep critical project information organised, compliant and accessible while contributing to smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Create, revise and maintain project procedures, guidance documents and workflows. Prepare and manage associated document templates. Control the issue, distribution and revision of project documentation. Update and maintain existing procedures and records. Administer and maintain the project SharePoint site. Support project planning activities and documentation requirements. Attend and contribute to project coordination meetings. Administer project change control processes. Prepare and distribute progress reports. Promote and adhere to company health, safety and quality standards. Qualifications
