Monitor schedule performance and provide accurate planning and progress reporting. Challenge and improve baseline delivery strategies and project sequencing. Support area management teams with schedule reviews and planning insights. Manage trend and change processes, identifying emerging risks and opportunities. Ensure planning standards, procedures and governance requirements are consistently applied. Integrate MEH scope activities within the wider project schedule.
