You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient transport, parking, and facilities operations for a large workforce, while shaping policies and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of critical site support services for a workforce of approx. 16,000
  • Manage a major service contract across its full lifecycle, valued at approx. GBP80m
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and health and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational strategies
  • Act as the single point of contact for transport and parking across associated sites
  • Build strong relationships with contract partners and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvement plans
  • Conduct regular health, safety, and engagement inspections and reviews
  • Support procurement and infrastructure changes with detailed specifications
  • Drive a collaborative 'one team' approach to service delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service supply or facilities/logistics environment
  • Leadership experience in a service-led operational setting
  • Experience working in high-security or controlled-access environments
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and standards
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing budgets and large-scale contracts
  • IOSH accreditation or equivalent
  • Behavioural Safety Programme certification
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
