Shape the future of offshore energy by delivering complex structural solutions on globally significant projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to take ownership of high-impact engineering work across offshore platforms. You will play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects, working alongside multidisciplinary experts in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. If you are driven by solving complex problems, influencing design decisions, and mentoring others, this role offers both technical depth and clear progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structural analysis across global, local, fatigue, dynamic and extreme conditions
  • Produce accurate calculations, reports and engineering documentation
  • Interpret metocean, seismic and operational load requirements
  • Ensure compliance with API, DNV, ISO and AWS standards
  • Provide expertise in advanced FEA modelling using SACS, ANSYS or similar tools
  • Act as a technical authority on delegated engineering topics
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders
  • Support fabrication, lifting, transportation and installation activities
  • Contribute to HAZID, HAZOP and constructability workshops
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team

Qualifications

  • ANSYS or SESAM desirable
  • Strong experience with 3D model review tools (Navisworks, E3D) is essential
  • Experience producing detailed engineering calculations and reports
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
