Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in facades, structural steelwork, or glazing? This is your chance to join a specialist design & build contractor delivering high-profile, technically challenging projects across the UK.

What you’ll do:

  • Take projects from contract award through design, procurement, and delivery
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, quality delivery
  • Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Project Management experience in facades, glazing or steelwork OR background with a main contractor on projects with significant facade or steelwork packages
  • Knowledge of commercial, contractual, and Health & Safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications (Black CSCS, SMSTS – Appointed Persons CPCS desirable)
