Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in facades, structural steelwork, or glazing? This is your chance to join a specialist design & build contractor delivering high-profile, technically challenging projects across the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Take projects from contract award through design, procurement, and delivery
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, quality delivery
- Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Project Management experience in facades, glazing or steelwork OR background with a main contractor on projects with significant facade or steelwork packages
- Knowledge of commercial, contractual, and Health & Safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications (Black CSCS, SMSTS – Appointed Persons CPCS desirable)
