Piping Supervisor β HVDC Converter Station
Location: Norfolk
Contract: 3β4 Months
Start Date: Mid-September
We are currently seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to support a major HVDC Converter Station project in Norfolk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising piping installation activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise piping installation and associated site activities.
- Coordinate and manage piping teams and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality and productivity.
- Liaise with site management, engineers and other trades to coordinate works.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health & safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues and installation constraints.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Piping Supervisor or Senior Pipe Fitter/Supervisor.
- Previous experience working on HVDC Converter Station projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of industrial piping installation and construction.
- Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements.
- Available for a 3β4 month contract based in Norfolk.
