Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and procurement strategy delivery across major projects.
- Manage complex commercial negotiations and public sector competitions.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement major business investment cases.
- Coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with project teams on all commercial and procurement activities.
- Define and implement commercial principles across contractual processes.

- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and NEC3/NEC4 contracts.

- Ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies.
