We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the delivery of works at a 400kV Substation Project in Norfolk. Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll supervise electrical activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to National Grid standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical works on a live National Grid site
- Ensure compliance with CDM, HSQE, and Safe Systems of Work
- Set teams to work and monitor productivity and quality
- Issue Permits to Dig and support site safety processes
- Report progress and issues to the Site Manager
- Lead by example in safety, quality, and environmental best practice
Essential Requirements
- National Grid Competent Person (NSI 6 & 8)
- SMSTS / SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
- CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport
- Minimum 5 years’ T&D experience (National Grid preferred)
- Proven electrical supervisory experience
- Full UK driving licence

- Site-based role, Monday–Friday, 10-hour days (occasional weekends)
