About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Home Care team. In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our client service operations—providing high-quality administrative support, managing records, and helping ensure services run smoothly and meet compliance standards.

Full-time role – 8.00am to 4.06pm – $34.09 per hour + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Care Coordinators
  • Liaise with clients, families, staff, and external providers
  • Process and track client service orders and purchases
  • Maintain accurate client records and data entry
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally
  • Assist with general office duties
  • Support compliance with aged care quality standards
