Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
As we continue to grow our estate and our team, we're investing heavily in the systems, data and technology that support our people. To help us do that, we're looking for a People Systems and Data Analyst to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making systems work better for the people who use them. You'll play a key role in managing and developing our People systems, supporting reporting and analytics, driving automation and helping us create a more efficient and data-driven People function. The role combines technical capability with stakeholder support, giving you the chance to influence how managers and team members interact with People services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across our People systems, supporting managers, team members and the wider People team with queries, administration and continuous improvement.
- Configure, maintain and optimise People systems to improve user experience, efficiency and data quality.
- Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements and implementation projects.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and insights that help drive business decisions.
- Develop reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools, helping stakeholders access data more effectively.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows across the employee lifecycle.
- Audit systems and data to ensure accuracy, consistency and governance standards are maintained.
- Create user guides, training materials and documentation to support system adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Support People systems, reporting and data projects as we continue to scale.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a genuine interest in systems, reporting and continuous improvement. To be successful, you need to have experience supporting HR, People or business systems and be comfortable working with data, identifying trends and solving problems. You'll enjoy finding smarter ways of working and be able to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for non-technical audiences. Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS or workforce management systems would be essential, ideally with Access Evo/People XD. Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar reporting tools is also a must. Experience within a multi-site environment would also be advantageous.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys making things better; whether that's improving data quality, streamlining a process, implementing a system enhancement or helping a manager access the information they need more easily.
Why Third Space?
As well as joining a high-growth, entrepreneurial and premium lifestyle brand, we have a suite of benefits designed to help you maximise good health and wellness. You and a friend or family member will be given a complimentary Group membership which will give you access to all of our clubs and we will actively encourage you to use your additional benefits which include discounted rates across our Spa, Medical, Nutrition and Hospitality brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is growing rapidly, where you'll have genuine ownership, exposure to a broad range of projects and the opportunity to shape the future of People systems and reporting at Third Space.
