Reporting directly to an inspiring, forward-thinking People Director as a key member of the People Leadership Team, your remit is far broader than simply running external recruitment. It carries two equally important dimensions: leading todays service whilst shaping tomorrows capability through strategic development and transformation across both internal talent mobility and external hiring.
It is about taking an operational base - not a blank sheet of paper, but one with scope to modernise - and evolving it into a high-performing, operationally rigorous resourcing ecosystem. This means building the central expertise, insight, frameworks, and quality assurance designed to empower, support, and enable regional teams and local leaders with the tools, data, guidance and expertise they need to recruit and deploy people brilliantly.
