Third Space in London is seeking a People Systems and Data Analyst to join our People team. You will manage and develop our People systems, support reporting and analytics, drive automation and help create a more efficient, data-driven function across the business.
This role blends technical work with stakeholder support, translating complex concepts for non-technical colleagues, implementing system upgrades, developing dashboards in Power BI, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
