About the role
We are looking to hire either one full-time or two part-time care workers to join our well-established team in Swansea.
Remuneration
As a home care worker, you will receive a block pay of £12.60 on weekdays and £13.20 on weekends. Additionally, you\’ll be paid 45p per mile and time and a half on bank holidays.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include providing care and support, including personal care, to individuals in their own homes. You will deliver a client-led service by listening to service users and adhering to their care plans. A caring nature and a good sense of humour are important qualities for this role.
Schedule
We seek flexible team members who can adapt to the branch\’s scheduling needs. This position includes every other weekend, with typical shifts from 07:00 to 14:00 or 16:00 to 22:00.
