People Support is recruiting compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to support people in their own homes. You will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing through care that reflects their needs, choices and daily routines.
Providing personal care, including support with washing, dressing and using the toilet.
Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training.
Preparing meals and drinks.
Assisting with mobility and moving and handling, including using equipment where required.
Helping with light household tasks.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes or concerns.
Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
