An opportunity has arisen to lead an established IT function and to lead it through a transformation of its systems and processes in its growth strategy. This is a high-impact role leading all of the IT services across the organisation. The remit is to be hands-on shaping and deliver a forward-looking technology and product strategy that accelerates profitable growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and execute a technology and data roadmap.
- Act as a strategic partner with the ability to lead and grow the team with a hands-on mindset.
- Champion digital transformation across; cloud and core system offerings and IT service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a committed team.
- Proven track record of technology service and transformation in legacy businesses.
