About the Role Role is to lead test and development work on automotive electrified powertrains. You MUST have 5 years direct working experience with e-machine development and testing in the automotive industry. Requirements Degree level education likely in the field of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Higher level degrees are also useful. Experience in the automotive sector is required developing electrified powertrain and components. Background in automotive development environment. Experience in electrified powertrain including E-machine, driveline and engine. Knowledge and understanding of vehicle attribute engineering and target setting. Expert knowledge of Instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition equipment and powertrain test cells. Working knowledge of automotive calibration
