People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 8:30am
- Minimum eight hours paid per shift
Rates of Pay:
- £12.21 per hour
Benefits:

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Drive 3.5 tonne vehicles safely and efficiently to various destinations
- Assist with loading the vehicle before departure
- Deliver to homes, construction sites, and commercial premises
- Handle goods manually as required
- Carry out local and long-distance runs
- Complete up to 5 drops per day
- Communicate effectively with production and dispatch teams
- Accurately complete all relevant delivery paperwork
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category B (car/van) Driving Licence
- Minimum of 12 months' experience driving Category B vehicles
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsements)
- Strong knowledge of the UK road network
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Understanding of UK traffic laws and delivery procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Experience:
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Prior experience in multi-drop delivery work
Training:
Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout.
