People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity offering regular ongoing work, great benefits, and a permanent position for the right Van Driver.

Shifts

  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 starts

Rates of Pay

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours paid per day

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Delivering goods to shops within the local area
  • Driving vans safely and efficiently to multiple delivery locations
  • Completing daily vehicle checks before and after each shift
  • Manual handling, including lifting and carrying goods
  • Supporting with warehouse duties when required

Essential Skills

  • A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
  • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
  • No DR or DD convictions (insurance restriction)
  • Previous van driving experience
  • Physical fitness to carry out heavy lifting
  • Reliable and punctual approach to work

  • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
