People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Coventry, West Midlands. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 1 Driver, CE Driver or Articulated Lorry Driver.
Shifts: Monday to Friday: 6.00am or 5.00pm starts
Pay rate: £17.00 - £20.00 per hour

Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not limited to:
- Operate and drive various class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed.
As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:
- Hold a valid UK C+E Licence (CLASS 1)
- Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving C+E vehicles.
- Must be able to speak and read a certain level of English.
- Flexibility and availability to work overtime as and when required.
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial.
What training is provided? Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
