Warehouse Facilities Administrator – Warth Park & Lutterworth

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Facilities Administrator to join our well-established client based across Warth Park and Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity offering stability, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for development.

Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30pm

Important Information
• This role is split between Warth Park and Lutterworth
• Driving licence and own transport are essential
• Travel expenses will be covered

Day-to-Day Duties
• Providing daily administrative support to the Facilities team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and producing reports
• Managing the facilities helpdesk: logging maintenance requests, allocating jobs, and coordinating completion with internal teams or external contractors
• Coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors
• Ensuring contractor documentation such as insurance, RAMS, and compliance records are up to date
• Supporting Health & Safety processes to ensure full compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices
• Ensuring all facilities-related records, systems, and documentation are kept accurate and up to date

Essential Skills
• Proven experience working in an office environment, ideally within facilities or a similar support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks
• Proactive problem-solver who can use initiative
• Professional, helpful, and customer-focused attitude

Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in Facilities Administration
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance
• Familiarity with facilities management systems

Training Provided
• Full training will be provided
• Ongoing support throughout your role
