People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver – Warehouse to join our well-established client based in Minworth, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, Reach Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative, FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Reach Truck Operator, or Warehouse FLT Operative.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Driving and operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Carrying out pre-use equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets in racking locations
- Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Unpacking and storing stock correctly within the warehouse
- Organising stock ready for deliveries
- Moving goods around the warehouse as required
- Operating warehouse racking up to 14 metres high
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
- A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong spatial awareness
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills
- A reliable and self-motivated approach
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support different warehouse tasks
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
