VAN DRIVER – ROTATING SHIFT MONDAY – FRIDAY: ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN: 0600/1300 STARTS £12.05 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to work a rotating shift for our well-established client based in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, regular work, and potential for permanent employment. Benefits As a Van Driver you will receive the following benefits: Immediate Start Friendly site team Regular, ongoing work Site canteen Permanent employment for the right candidate Site parking Good motorway links Weekly pay Day-to-Day Duties Your duties as a Van Driver will include but are not limited to: Completing daily vehicle checks before and after your shift Working as part of a two-person team Delivering furniture from the client’s Inverness warehouse to customer’s homes Placing delivered items in the customers room of choice Being flexible with start times which will alternate between 06.00 and 13.00 Essential Skills To be successful as a Van Driver, you must: Be prepared for physically demanding work, including heavy lifting Hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence Have no more than six points on your Driving Licence for minor infringements (no DR or DD convictions) Must be able to work rotating shifts Desirable Experience Previous experience in a physically demanding role is advantageous but not essential.
