Refuse Loader – Trowbridge People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Refuse Loader to join our growing waste and recycling operation based in Trowbridge .

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Refuse Loader, Refuse Collector, Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, General Labourer, Outdoor Operative, Waste Collector, or Recycling Assistant .

- Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Day-to-Day Duties As a Refuse Loader, your duties will include:• Collecting household waste and recycling along designated collection routes
- Loading waste and recycling safely onto the refuse vehicle
- Working safely as part of a collection crew to ensure all collections are completed efficiently
- Assisting the driver by following loading and reversing safety procedures
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times, especially in public areas
- Recording and reporting issues such as missed bins, contamination, or access problems
- Assisting with the safe movement of bins and containers
- Providing excellent customer service when dealing with members of the public
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Essential Skills To be successful as a Refuse Loader, you will need:• Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
