People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Manager to join our well-established and growing logistics client based in Tamworth, Staffordshire on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Manager, Fleet Manager, Logistics Manager, Distribution Manager, Transport Operations Manager, Fleet Compliance Manager or Depot Manager looking to join a successful family-orientated business where teamwork, stability and long-term career development are at the heart of the operation.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Transport Manager who can lead by example, ensure full compliance across the fleet and contribute to the continued success of a growing logistics operation. The successful candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards, supporting drivers and improving operational efficiency.
