People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician (Revit / BIM) to join our well-established client based in Blackpool on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering an excellent annual salary, great benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression. The role will be mainly office/home-based, but there may be a requirement to travel to sites around the country to aid in training and to gain the necessary knowledge to do the job.
Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Product Development Technician, the role is to provide detailed drawings of buildings based on supplied site data.

Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 9.00am - 5.00pm & Friday: 9.00am - 4.00pm (1 hour paid lunch)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Day-to-day duties: As a CAD Technician (Revit / BIM), your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Accessing and interpreting supplied site data
- Producing detailed CAD drawings and Building Information Models
- Creating and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and data integration
- Maintaining organised project files and records
- Participating in training to enhance BIM and technical skills
- Meeting internal and customer deadlines
Essential skills: To be successful as a CAD Technician (Revit / BIM), you will need:
- Experience using Revit and/or AutoCAD (essential)
- A strong interest in construction technology and 3D design
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well to deadlines and as part of a team
