People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our well-established client based in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Successful applicants will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern of 06.00 - 14.00 and then 14.00 - 22.00 the following week. The starting hourly rate will be £13.41. Permanent night shifts may also be available and will attract a shift allowance.

Duties of the Production Line Leader will include, but won't be limited to, the following:
- Operate packing machinery and production lines
- Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
- Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
- Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
- Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
- Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager's request

- Attention to detail
Previous experience working as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
