People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver based in Tamworth, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
Shifts: Monday to Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
Pay rate: £12.87 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Drive and operate an FLT Truck safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-use inspections and report any faults to management
- Receive goods into the warehouse
- Check the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Unpack and store incoming goods
- Organise stock for deliveries
- Move goods around the warehouse as required
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance Truck licence – accredited licence required
- Experience driving and operating an FLT Truck
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong awareness of surroundings
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Reliability and self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
- Previous warehouse / FLT experience
- Training Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
