People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Print Operator to join our well-established client based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, ongoing work and potential permanent opportunities following a successful trial period.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Flexographic Printer, Print Machine Operative, Print Operator, Machine Minder or Printing Operative.
Rates of Pay: £16.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 rotating weekly with 14:00 – 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Setting up and running Flexographic Printing Press machinery using works order sheets
- Identifying faults during machine set-up and resolving issues where required
- Completing paperwork accurately and inputting information onto internal systems
- Performing checks against instructions to ensure product quality and conformity
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and correcting quality issues promptly
- Ensuring sufficient raw material stock levels are maintained to support productivity
- Reporting defective machine parts and maintenance concerns
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
- Previous Flexographic machine operating experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
Desirable Experience: Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Training Provided: Full on-site training provided, continued development support throughout the assignment.
