People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Driver to join our well-established client based in Appleton Thorn, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression. This role would suit candidates with previous experience as an FLT Reach Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Reach Forklift Driver, Forklift Truck Operator, Warehouse Operative, or FLT Driver. Due to the location of the site, candidates must either live locally or have access to their own transport.
Shifts
- Working five shifts out of seven between Monday and Sunday
- 06:00 – 14:00

Day-to-Day Duties
- Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and moving stock within the warehouse
- Checking loads to ensure they are safe and secure
- Carrying out pre-use equipment checks and reporting any defects
- Following written instructions and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
- Completing warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently
Essential Skills
- A valid Reach Truck Licence with previous operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and good spatial awareness
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Desirable Experience
- Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
Training Provided
- Site training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
