People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Driver to join our well-established client based in Appleton Thorn, Cheshire on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, ongoing work, and the potential to grow and progress within the business.
This role would suit applicants who have worked in a similar role such as a Forklift Truck Operator, FLT Driver or Counterbalance Driver. Due to the location of the site, candidates must either live locally or have access to their own transport.
Shifts:
- Working 5 shifts out of 7 between Monday and Sunday
- 22:00 – 06:00
Rates of Pay:
- £14.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties: As an FLT Reach Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Driving and operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Checking loads to ensure they are secure
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Following written instructions and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Completing physical tasks quickly and accurately
Essential Skills: To be successful as an FLT Reach Driver, you will need:
- A valid Reach Truck Licence with proven experience
- Strong attention to detail and good spatial awareness
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to operate and control equipment safely
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Training: Training provided on site with ongoing support throughout the assignment.
