People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Lichfield, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, stable weekday hours, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression. This role would suit applicants looking for a role as a Forklift Operator, FLT Driver or Reach Operator.

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults
- Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
- Checking quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries
- Organising stock for dispatch
- Moving goods around the warehouse as required
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
- Valid accredited Reach Truck licence
- Proven experience operating an FLT Reach Truck
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong spatial awareness
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Previous warehouse experience
Training Provided
- Industry-related training and ongoing support
