Worcester People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative to join our well-established client based in Worcester, disposing of clinical waste. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to develop within a specialist waste management environment.
This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as a General Operative, Recycling Operative, Industrial Cleaner, or Warehouse Operative.
Shifts:
- 4 on 4 off rotating
- 06:00 - 18:30
- 18:00 - 06:30
Rates of Pay: £12.71 - £14.07 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing
- Loading various recycling bins
- Processing different waste types according to site procedures
- Organising waste areas and placing bins correctly
- Manually sorting waste by hand
- Using PPE provided on-site
- Completing any additional tasks assigned

- Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to site location)
