People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Technician (Digital Surveying) to join our well-established client based in Blackpool on a full-time permanent basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 β 17:00
Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Site Technician (Digital Surveying), your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Attending sites to capture building and spatial data using specialist scanning equipment
- Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of environmental sensors
- Uploading and processing captured data
- Supporting point-cloud registration and quality checks
- Preparing data for handover to the BIM and modelling team
- Following all health & safety, GDPR, and company procedures
- Liaising with site staff and internal teams
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any faults
To be successful as a Site Technician (Digital Surveying), you will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience in a site-based, technical, or field role (or strong interest in this type of work)
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach
- A practical, hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites
- Exposure to construction, surveying, or engineering environments
- Basic understanding of CAD, BIM, or technical drawings
- Experience working with tools, equipment, or technical systems
- Full training provided
