People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrative Assistant to join our well-established client based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a permanent position with an amazing salary.
Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 11:00am to 5.00pm & Friday: 9.00am - 3.00pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Day to Day Duties:
- Responsible for both paper and electronic filing systems
- Ensure all information is accurate and readily available
- Ensure that all technical documentation is distributed to all departments
- Helping support in any audits or customer visits
- Maintain the Internal audit programme
- Dealing with complaints
- Provide support to other departments in the absence of the Technical director
- Keeping any records up to date, along with identifying and ensuring any required training organised and achieved
- Working as a team
- Dealing with any request by phone or email
- Greeting visitors, general filing, delivery booking in, arranging and sorting post etc
Essential Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of all operational functions & processes
- Develop industry specific knowledge and experience
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Effective team player working cooperatively to achieve business goals
- Work under pressure, remaining calm and objective whilst prioritising appropriately
- Gather, analyse and act appropriately on relevant data
- Prioritising work flow appropriately
- Have an excellent eye to detail and able to multi task
- Networking with professionalism and confidence
- Problem solve and plan effectively, working with colleagues across the business
- Routinely communicate clearly, openly and appropriately with colleagues and customers
- Remain results focused at all times, whilst ensuring Quality Standards are maintained
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in an administrative or similar role an advantage, although full training will be provided
- Working in food production environment
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
