People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Office overseeing the driving division. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent salary, excellent benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 per annum + performance bonus and benefits

Day-to-day duties:

  • Carrying out business development activity, including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
  • Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing campaigns
  • Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
  • Writing engaging job advertisements
  • Short-listing and interviewing candidates
  • Ensuring compliance and completing administration tasks
  • Conducting client service reviews
  • Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for visiting client's sites and offices)
  • Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The right to work in the UK (with proof required)

Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential

Training: A full paid induction will be provided, along with on-the-job training starting on day one and continuing throughout your career.
