Managing a team of production line employees: Overseeing the production process to meet orders and deadlines: Optimising the efficiency of the production process Training and supervising new production line employees Ensuring the facility meets health and safety requirements Keeping records and recording data on inventory management, order tracking and the supply of materials Setting up the production line and basic machine maintenance Essential Skills Attention to detail. Punctual Willing to Learn. Production Experience. Teamwork Skills Time Management Skills. Communication. Desirable Experience Food manufacturing line-leader experience Ideally experience of bottling (Small Glass). Ability to set the machines up & basic machine maintenance. What training is provided?
