FIRST LINE MANAGER MONDAY – FRIDAY:/ ROTATNG WEEKLY £29,336 PER ANNUM + 13% SHIFT ALLOWANCE ON ROTATION People Solutions are currently recruiting for a First Line Manager to join our well-established client based in Widnes. You will have an important part to play as a First Line Manager managing the operation within your area of responsibility. You will have a key role to play in helping your team go ‘From Gate to Great’, with all the opportunities that go with it. It is a fast-paced business, always delivering amazing quality and results for our customer. As one of our First Line Managers, you will have responsibility for your team’s performance as well as a keen eye for process improvements and spotting the best ways of reducing cost whilst delivering world class service and results. You will work closely with your shift manager to deliver results together across your department.
