Field Service Engineer Monday – Friday: 8.00AM – 6.00PM & 1 in 3 Weekends Annual Salary of £30,000 What’s in it for me? People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our well-established client based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress. What are the benefits? Company van Fuel card Salary increase after completion of probation and 2 years service Company Tools Phone/Tablet £250 call out fee for any breakdowns on the weekend Day to Day Duties Respond to customer call outs for machine repairs. Ensure response times are within agreed SLA targets. Attend and complete scheduled pre preventative maintenance tasks. Correctly and accurately record all site visits in line with company procedure. Use of service software via company tablet. Ensure all van stocks and company equipment are maintained in line with company procedures. Compliance with all company health and safety procedures Build customer relationships with all customers to ensure a proactive working relationship. Essential Skills Strong problem solving & fault-finding skills. Working knowledge of single phase and three phase electrics. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers. Previous experience working in a field-based role Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Confidence in working alone as well as part of team. Full UK Driving License required Candidates to receive standard training in line with health and safety law relating to work on forecourts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desirable Experience Previous work on the following equipment would be an advantage but not essential.
